Refund and Return Policy – Custom🍁ISH

At Custom🍁ISH, each piece is made-to-order and thoughtfully crafted with your unique memories and moments in mind. Due to the personalized nature of our embroidery products, all sales are final and non-refundable once an order has been placed.

We encourage you to double-check all customization details before confirming your purchase, including spelling, photo selection, thread colour, and garment size.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Because we begin digitizing and preparing your order shortly after it’s received, we cannot accommodate cancellations or changes once production has started.

If your order has not yet entered the production stage, a partial refund may be possible, subject to a $20 design and processing fee to cover the time already invested in digitization.

To request a cancellation or check the status of your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@customish.ca.

Shipping & Delivery
Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

Custom🍁ISH is not liable for any customs duties, taxes, or additional import charges for international orders.

Once a parcel is handed off to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for loss, theft, or delays. Please file a claim with the carrier using your tracking number if issues arise.

Discounted and Sale Items
Orders placed using a discount code or promotion are final sale and not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon reception. If we make an error in your order or you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately (within 7 days of delivery) with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review your case and, if the mistake is on our end, provide a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit.
